Juniper Award Nominations
2025 nominations are open!
We're changing things up this year and giving our community more time to nominate.
Think of someone you know who fits into one of our six categories, reflect on their commitment, imagination, and fearlessness, and nominate this person using the relevant nomination form.
Please note our selection criteria:
-
Nominations must clearly outline the ways in which this nominee is committed, imaginative, and fearless. These exact words must be used to support your nomination. Remember, the nomination is our only insight into your nominee; we do no external research!
-
Nominees must be at least 17 years old or a senior in high school.
-
Nominees must live or work in the Truckee-Tahoe region.
-
Nominees cannot be nominated by a family member.
-
One nomination is all it takes for a nominee to be considered; recipients will never be chosen based on the number of nominations they receive.

4.
Complete the nomination form in the relevant category. You can nominate as many different people as you'd like, but please submit only one nomination per person. Make sure you adhere to the criteria above!
